SECTION 01

Definitions

• "Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions, together with any program enrollment confirmation
• "We / Us / Our" — Baan Panya, located at 124 Lat Phrao Road, Wang Thonglang, Bangkok 10310
• "You / User" — any individual who visits our website or enrolls in a program
• "Service" — the financial education programs and website services provided by Baan Panya
• "Content" — all educational materials, worksheets, frameworks, and resources provided during a program
• "Program" — any specific course or workshop offered by Baan Panya

SECTION 02

Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our website, submitting an inquiry, or enrolling in a program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll in any program
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• If enrolling on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have their authority to do so

SECTION 03

Service Description

Baan Panya provides in-person financial education programs in Bangkok, Thailand, designed for adults aged 40 and above. Our programs are educational in nature and do not constitute financial advice, investment management, or regulated financial services.

We currently offer three programs:

Programs are available to participants in Thailand. We reserve the right to adjust program availability, format, or content with reasonable notice.

SECTION 04

Enrollment

Enrollment is confirmed once we have received your inquiry and provided written confirmation (typically by email). A place in any program is not reserved until confirmation is received.

• You are responsible for providing accurate contact and enrollment information
• Confirmation details, schedules, and program materials will be sent to the email you provide
• You must notify us promptly of any changes to your contact details

SECTION 05

User Responsibilities

When using our website or participating in programs, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Treat educators and other participants with respect
• Not record, reproduce, or distribute program content without written permission
• Not use our website for any unlawful or harmful purpose
• Not attempt to disrupt or compromise our website or systems

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any individual who acts in a manner inconsistent with these responsibilities.

SECTION 06

Intellectual Property

All program content, frameworks, worksheets, website text, and educational materials are the intellectual property of Baan Panya unless otherwise stated.

• You may use materials provided for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes only
• You may not copy, distribute, sell, or adapt our materials without prior written consent
• Sharing program recordings, documents, or frameworks with third parties is not permitted

SECTION 07

Payment Terms

• All prices are listed in Thai Baht (฿) and include applicable taxes
• Payment is required in advance to secure your enrollment unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of enrollment

Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before a program start date: full refund
• Cancellations made 3–7 days before start: 50% refund
• Cancellations less than 3 days before start: no refund, though a credit toward a future program may be arranged at our discretion
• If we cancel or reschedule a program, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional charge

SECTION 08

Program-Specific Terms

• Attendance: Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. We cannot offer partial credits for missed sessions, though we will share materials where possible.
• Certificates: Where a completion document is provided, it reflects participation in our educational program and does not carry regulatory, professional, or accreditation standing.
• Personalized documents: Documents such as the financial roadmap included in the Complete Life-Stage Financial Architecture program are prepared based on information you provide and are for educational reference only.
• No financial advice: Baan Panya educators share knowledge and structured frameworks. Nothing shared in our programs constitutes personal financial advice, and we encourage participants to consult licensed professionals for specific decisions.

SECTION 09

Disclaimers

Our website and programs are provided on an "as is" basis. While we prepare our content with care, we make no representations that the information provided will be free from error or will remain current over time.

• Program content does not constitute legal, tax, or investment advice
• Individual financial outcomes depend on personal circumstances and decisions outside our control
• We do not endorse any specific financial products, providers, or investment strategies

SECTION 10

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Baan Panya's liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant program.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including lost income, financial losses arising from program participation, or any decision made based on program content.

SECTION 11

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Baan Panya, its educators, and staff from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of our services, or violation of any applicable law.

SECTION 12

Termination

Either party may end this agreement with reasonable notice. We may suspend or end a participant's access to a program if they breach these Terms. In such cases, refund eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability will survive any termination.

SECTION 13

Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

We encourage resolving any concerns informally first. Please write to [email protected] and we will work with you in good faith to find a fair resolution before any formal steps are taken.

SECTION 14

General Provisions

• Entire agreement: These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Baan Panya regarding use of our services
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect
• No waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision
• Assignment: You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent
• Notices: All formal notices should be sent to [email protected]

SECTION 15

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal obligations. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

For significant changes, we will notify enrolled participants by email. Continued use of our website or participation in programs after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
